Archive (Former ZIP)

Do you want to archive the monitored content? Use the Archive, which can be found in the Main Menu. Document storage allows you to easily search, browse and find specific articles, press materials, interviews and other materials that may be useful in the future.

What’s the easiest way to archive the monitored content?

1. Select materials in the list or feed with a checkbox (you can archive a maximum of 100 materials at a time).
2. Go to Archive, which is available in the Main Menu.
3. Choose the format of the archived content, the type of header and the individual settings of the xls summary (full set of columns, default set of columns, current settings).
4. Generate ZIP.
